"We have had a wonderful experience with
our three girls from Finland this year at our High School. Kiira, Pauliina, and Susanna are great ambassadors and have actively participated in all aspects of our school.Kiira played on the golf team and finished high in sectional playoffs. The twins have participated in the Show Choir, toured Washington DC on the music trip, and performed in every dramatic production our school offered.
They have traveled around our country with families and competitions. They always have a smile on their face and a good word or comment for others.
They have enhanced our lives and added dimension to our school. These girls have found a special place in the hearts of students, families, and faculty and have established friendships for life. I can’t think of what the school year would have been like without them.”

"The cliche 'globalization' is on the tongues of most everyone here in America, but it is another matter when it comes to schooling, especially before college. Our school is very fortunate to attract students from 22 countries outside of the United States, and Sofia was one of our students from Finland. Not only was she a great contributor to the golf team, but she also brought a richness of culture to the academic community that gave benefit to everyone, including Sofia. To prepare young people to make a difference in the world, there needs to be strong interaction, along with mutual understanding and respect, to undergird a community that will emerge one day as leaders to make this world a better place for all."
